Project Details: Dixon Studios, LLC worked with the curatorial staff of the The Carnegie Museum of Natural History located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The scenic diorama work by Dixon Studios, LLC highlighted the Paleotological time periods ranging from Morrison formations to Cretaceous.The platforms showcased the large fossilized artifacts of dinosaurs, such as, Tyrannosaurus, Stegosaurus, Camptosaurus to name a few. Dioramas included walkthrough exhibits and over 35 different species of plants and trees accurately replicated from fossil references. Dixon Studios, LLC worked with Kubik Maltbie casework fabricators to complete this project in three phases over a period of two years.
